About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator to join our team in Sleaford. As a Customer Services Administrator you will play a vital role as a frontline member of the Customer Service team, providing our clients with premium Customer Service. Core functions will include :
- Dealing with customer queries for a range of brands
- Liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies to manage shipments
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues
- Assist all customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Monitoring, updating and tracking queries using our database
- Basic reporting such as sales figures, returns data and stock levels
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process and manage returns and refunds
- Collaborate with other teams such as the warehouse and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of any order-related issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure team targets and quality targets are achieved.
- Support the fulfilment production operatives with PR and adhoc orders
- Providing sales administration support to account managers
- Managing stock control including placing new orders with manufacturers
- Any other ad hoc duties

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
The role is part time, working approximately 20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible over Monday to Friday. Additional hours will be required at peak periods.
Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
