We are looking to welcome Customer Relations Administration Specialist working as a member of the customer relations team to provide an accurate and efficient administrative support to the department to secure all operational back office processes and routines are carried out as required. Co-ordinating swift responses to service failures by acting as a liaison between the store and relevant service providers and providing data analysis and follow up on route cause issues to share with the causing areas in store.
Expected Starting Date: August 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
39 hours working 5 days out of 7 and alternate weekends, minimum 1 late night per week.
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.
Candidate will also be required to hold duty shifts for the department.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

- Complete refunds and exchanges in a timely manner
- Provide quality customer support to secure a great customer experience while building trust in the IKEA brand.
- Be competent with IT , Microsoft office, using the internet and relevant programmes to support the customer experience.
- Stay updated on IKEA products, services, commercial priorities, activities to steer sales.
- Be committed to IKEA social and environmental commitments to sustainability.
- Capture relevant customer insights to improve the IKEA customer experience.
