Purpose:
- Responding to customer needs and handling complaints through a variety of channels
- Updating system and analysing data information
- Ensuring the customers receive outstanding customer service
- Advising customers about additional products and services, which will be beneficial to their needs.
- Proactively reviewing customer orders / order history to identify and resolve future issues and concerns
