35 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
£19,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience) plus great benefits
If you are an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with an interest in Financial Services, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you due to internal promotion.
Working within our busy Client Management team, you will support the Financial Planners with all aspects of the client relationship. From filtering calls and general administration to preparing for client meetings and processing new applications – no two days are ever the same!
Our team are the heart of the business, and we believe investing in their development is essential in providing job fulfilment and achieving the best outcomes for our clients. While having experience within financial services would be of course be ideal, it’s not essential as we will provide the necessary training and will support you in furthering your industry knowledge in areas such as investments, protection, pensions and taxation.

We need you to be adaptable with a willingness to learn, bringing with you great communication skills and excellent written and spoken English complemented by a warm and approachable demeanour to enable you to deliver a quality service with a personal and friendly touch.
