Job description
Based on the outskirts of Thame my client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will be:
- To answer the telephone
- Deal with customer queries quickly and effectively.
- Assist the service department.
- Prepare service and repair quotes and assist with the day-to-day control and smooth running of the department.
- Various other ad-hoc tasks involved with providing general administrative support to the Service team as required.
To be successful in this Customer Service Administrator role you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary 25-30K depending on experience.
