Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to help maintain our outstanding levels of service for both our trade and retail customers, and to manage a number of administrative tasks. If you are ready to hit the ground running and believe you can make a real difference to a fast-growing brand, this could be the role for you.

​This role is central to our operations and involves answering emails and telephone calls, liaising with customers, answering questions and resolving queries. The Customer Service Administrator is basically the voice of Carrie Elspeth Jewellery. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to help people and is empathetic, passionately communicative and has an eye for details.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and written queries over a multitude of channels
  • Liaison with sales agents
  • Process orders, payments and other administrative tasks
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Process sales leads

This is a Full-time permanent position. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 13:00

Please note this position is 100% office based from our Llandow studio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00 per year

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
