Customer Service Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting to Service & Repairs divisional manager
- Actively looking for new business
- Estimating costs of repairs using cost matrix and sending quotations
- Willingness to achieve set out KPIs and targets
- Scheduling, developing and maintaining relationships with engineers and clients
- Managing multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new and existing clients
- Updating records to customer accounts on our CRM System
What we are looking for
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Team player
- “Can do” attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a great personality
- Computer literate with basic MS office skills as a minimum
- A background within construction / moveable wall industry is an advantage however, training will be provided.
- Background in customer service
