Customer Service Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Service & Repairs divisional manager
  • Actively looking for new business
  • Estimating costs of repairs using cost matrix and sending quotations
  • Willingness to achieve set out KPIs and targets
  • Scheduling, developing and maintaining relationships with engineers and clients
  • Managing multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new and existing clients
  • Updating records to customer accounts on our CRM System

What we are looking for

  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Team player
  • “Can do” attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a great personality
  • Computer literate with basic MS office skills as a minimum
  • A background within construction / moveable wall industry is an advantage however, training will be provided.
  • Background in customer service
