Server/Waitress/Waiter | 10 Claremont St, Finnieston, Glasgow G3 7HA | £10.60 per hour inc. service charge | Permanent
We are looking for an experiencedServer/Waitress/Waiterwho is an enthusiastic and driven individual, on a Full-time & Part-time basis at Chateau-X.
Founded by the team behind Six by Nico, Chateau-X is an artisan steak restaurant, specialising in luxurious Chateaubriand steaks. With a strong focus on local produce and authentic flavours, Chateau will be a destination for quality-seeking customers who like to eat simple, delicious and guilt-free food.
Chateau-X is all about celebrating local products – where they come from and how to make the most out of their natural taste and freshness.
What We Are Looking For
This role would be perfect for candidates who are hungry for a new challenge and are eager to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate would hold the following qualities:
Key responsibilities would be
- Maintaining skills and product knowledge
- Delivering that product knowledge to customers with confidence.
- Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to tables and explaining dishes correctly.
- Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
- Be enthusiastic and have a good work ethic and have a flexible approach to working hours
- Displaying enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues. Above all you will be apart of a fantastic hardworking team within a thriving environment with fast paced room for progression!
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Confident in a busy, fast paced environment
- Communication skills
- Can do attitude

Salary: £10.60 p/h inclusive of Service Charge.
