Job description
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our Private Members's Club. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and drinks to customers, ensuring that tables are clean and set up properly, and providing helpful information about menu items. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling cash transactions and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Clear tables, clean up spills, and reset tables for new customers.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Answer questions about menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
