Server/ Waiter / Waitress | 111 Cleveden Rd, Kelvinside, Glasgow G12 0JU | £11.50 per hour inc. service charge | Permanent
We are currently looking forExperienced Server/Waiter/ Waitress server to join our team at 111 by Modou on a Full Timebasis.
111 by Modou is a vibrant, unique dining experience focusing around a five course tasting menu, where our customers choose their own culinary path on their visit. We offer a unique experience where fine dining can be enjoyed in a relaxed yet fun environment.
Our front of house team play a fundamental role in delivering a service that is packed full of knowledge and confidence but also bursting with personality.
Key responsibilities would be
- Maintaining skills and product knowledge
- Delivering that product knowledge to customers with confidence.
- Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to tables and explaining dishes correctly.
- Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
- Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
- Displaying enthusiasm at all times, both with customers and your colleagues. Above all you will be apart of a fantastic hardworking team within a thriving environment with fast paced room for progression!
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Confident in a busy, fast paced environment
