JOB DESCRIPTION
A Cut & Craft Food Runner is one of the most vital roles within the organisation. You will aid to the smooth running of shifts and play a key role in the business.
Food Runners should be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food Runners are required to champion the Cut & Craft service criteria. The purpose of the role is expediting ticket and organising dishes to tables in the restaurant, communicating with servers, management and kitchen staff, general housekeeping and guest interaction delivering exceptional and efficient service.

Qualifications
Experience working within a fast-paced restaurant setting is desirable but not essential
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Expediting
Arranging tickets in the kitchen, organising checks and delivering food to guests.
Delivering food to guests tables
Running food dishes to guests in the restaurant. Offering any accompaniments and being helpful and efficient, aiding to The Cut & Crafts exceptional service
Assistance in the Restaurant during service
Assisting servers and management staff during peak business hours such as helping to relay and set tables.
Champion Service for The Cut & Craft
Food Runners visit every table in the restaurant so Its therefore vital that all runners champion The Cut & Craft Service and are always presentable, genuine and friendly.
