We are thrilled to be opening The Black Swan in the beautiful town of Henley-In Arden in August 2023.
We will be looking for fun and passionate people to join our fantastic front-of-house team as a Waiter / Waitress that will be able to start from Tuesday 8th August. Our restaurants and brasseries ooze their own individual character and charm with the welcome twist of delicious French brasserie food.

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years. - Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the previous 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
