Soif restaurant is looking for Food and Beverage Server’s to join our team! We are a growing restaurant group in London and are looking to add more servers to our growing team.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our Waiting Staff, you'll play a crucial role in curating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
2. Menu Knowledge: Expertly guide guests through our menu, providing insightful recommendations and answering any questions about the dishes and beverages.
3. Order Taking: Efficiently take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the kitchen and bar teams.
4. Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable service, attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously, and anticipating any special requirements.
5. Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean, organized, and beautifully presented, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
6. Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, working with the team to find satisfactory solutions.
7. Billing and Payments: Accurately handle billing and payments, making sure all transactions are processed securely and efficiently.
