Job description

We expect you to live and breathe our Mockingbird values and steps of service to help us ensure a fantastic customer experience is delivered every time. We will expect you to ensure our customer becomes a Mockingbird fan, or goes away even more fanatical. Your duties will include: preparing and packing our food and drink products, serving Mockingbird food to our in house, takeaway, and delivery customers, helping with customer enquiries, taking payments, keeping work areas/surfaces clean, cleaning after service, restocking drinks and snacks
