Role and Responsibilities:
As a Waitress and Customer Service Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, ensuring that every guest's experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Table Service: Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, taking orders efficiently, and serving food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Upselling and Promotion: Suggesting additional items, specials, and promotions to customers, contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Order Accuracy: Ensuring that all orders are accurately taken and delivered, while accommodating any special requests or dietary requirements.
- Payment Processing: Handling transactions, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and assisting in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or waitress role is preferred, but we are open to training candidates with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours over three days, including split shifts across two exciting establishments.
