Job description
We are looking to recruit Bar and Waiting Staff at Congham Hall.
We are a luxury hotel with 31 bedrooms and a beautiful Spa.
We are open 365 days of the year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to both residents and non-residents. We offer A la carte dining for around 70 covers and functions for 80 covers. We have a very busy Afternoon Tea trade.
As a member of the food and beverage team, your duties will include making sure standards of service to all our customers are carried out in an efficient, conscientious and friendly manner.
The right candidate will be able offer excellent customer service and see to the needs of our guests without having been asked. Offering a unique dining experience you will be required to be available most evenings and weekends. The hours vary according to the business.
This is a full time position up to 40 hours a week. Uniform provided. No accommodation is available with this position.
