What this role will do:
Support the Front of house Management team
To assist the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service from all members of the team
- Lead the front of house team by example; adopting a hands-on, can do approach
- Ensure any guest complaints are handled effectively and professionally and all guests leave with a positive dining experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Currently be a Head Waiter/ Waitress within a high quality, dynamic restaurant environment
- Have a real passion for delivering the highest levels of service
- Have the ability to support a large team and create a strong teamwork ethic
- Have a passion for food
- Be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to improve performance
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Who we are:
Created in 2014, Chucs is a collection of 6 restaurants and cafés based throughout prestigious neighbourhoods in London. The menu is based on the coasts of St Tropez and Amalfi with influences from further afield.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
