Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of SEO campaigns for a range of clients
- Developing optimization strategies to increase search engine rankings
- Researching SEO keywords to uncover and advise on content strategies
- Setting measurable goals to benchmark and showcase improvements in marketing efforts
- Provide reporting and feedback to clients on progress
- Collaboration with other team members to deliver the most effective SEO strategy possible
The right person will have the following skills:
- Agency or multi-client experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site, off-site, technical, and content SEO, ideally working with multiple clients
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Significant experience with Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills to analyze websites against key competitors to identify opportunities for performance improvements
- Understanding of how to develop technical improvements to websites and their servers
- Great skills at generating content to optimize SEO; including URLs, keywords, meta tags, internal link structure, and external links
- Be able to advise on what content should be created to improve organic performance and reach
- Thorough knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques
- Positive, energetic, and a great communicator
- Be able to own the SEO budget and make strategic decisions about how to grow
- Excellent presentation skills
- Great knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Desirable:
- 5+ years of SEO experience
- GA4 experience
- Experience in generating external links from high-quality sources
- Proactive and passionate
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced using Excel and Google Sheets
- The ability to actively learn and take on new skills
