We have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Executive to join our talented in-house SEO team, focused on supporting the Technical, On-Page and Off-Page SEO optimisation of our Lovehoney retail and brand stores.
The SEO Executive will report into SEO Manager and work closely with internal and external resources to deliver SEO Strategy across our global portfolio of websites.
Please note, you will need to be based in our fantastic new central Bath office at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive core on-page updates across editorial and transactional content through audits, gap analysis, and on-page improvements.
- Be a key stakeholder in off-site media investments, link-building, and partnerships to maximise optimisation of Lovehoney retail sites and own, through third parties, the SERPs relevant to us.
- Conduct tests, collecting and analysing relevant data to deliver key insight driven optimisations.
- Regularly audit our platforms to ensure our website properties perform as they should and benchmark against competitor best practice.
- Perform keyword research accordingly to business objectives, feeding strategy directly to Senior Management on consumer behaviour and reputation management at brand and generic levels.
- Proactively research and implement SEO recommendations to drive organic traffic and revenue.
- Closely monitor SEO performance - evaluate web analytics dashboards and deliver weekly and monthly reports on relevant KPIs.
- Liaise with PPC, Paid Content and Owned Content (Creative) teams to maximize impact of our actions across Consumer Marketing.
- Work closely with Tech to enhance SEO elements on all sites, communicating clearly defined requirements via tech tickets.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2C SEO role, with ambition to place SEO at the centre of a data-driven marketing strategy.
- Be comfortable with tools such as and including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Excel and Tableau.
- Strong communication skills, to build positive internal and external relationships.
- Be a positive, creative and passionate force in the organisation.
- Be a technophile and early-adopter, embracing the potential of new technologies to increase efficiency, drive automation, and performance.
- As this is a global role, excellent English language skills are required.
