As a key member of the Demand Generation team, the SEM Specialist will own Ada’s paid search campaign implementation and be a central contributor to our keyword strategy. As the AI space continues to evolve so will our acquisition methods, and this role will always be looking to the horizon for new opportunities for expansion and scale. At Ada, we are building an adaptive and nimble growth engine as our product cuts a new path in the CX space, testing and experimentation will be a key part of this role. This position will be highly collaborative with the nurture, content, web, and campaigns team. You’ll love this job if you want to help shape the emerging AI space, live in the data weeds, and share your insights to inform Ada’s growth strategy.

About You:

    • 2+ years experience managing paid search accounts with strong knowledge of Google and Bing Ads platforms
    • Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns and driving conversion through paid search channels
    • Experience doing keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet targets.
    • Track record of providing relevant insights and action plans around search terms, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition, etc.
    • Results driven and data informed; with the ability to create reports to track, analyze, and clearly communicate paid search performance.
    • Experience with reporting tools - Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce (nice to have), Hubspot (nice to have).
    • Interested in following industry trends to inform experimentation and new strategies.
    • Action oriented who embraces the vision and takes the initiative to make it happen.
    • Experience with SEO and other paid channels (preferred not required).

Outcomes:

    • Launch, scale, and optimize paid search campaigns that drive pipeline revenue.
    • Provide support for implementation and execution of paid social campaigns.
    • Establish campaign framework to scale with company growth to target industries and personas
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, including recommendations for enhancing campaigns and identifying next steps in increasing ROI.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, content, analytics) to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging that aligns with business goals.
    • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Create and test compelling ad copy, as well as improve landing pages to improve conversion rates and drive higher ROI.

The expected salary range for this position is $61,000 to $90,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
