Key Responsibilities for the Senior Waiter/ Senior Waitress :
- Have previous London Waitressing experience of great guest experience
- Have classic cocktail knowledge, along with good wine knowledge and wine service skills
- Have a passion for hospitality and exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Have the ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Be well groomed and takes extra care in appearance
- Have good timekeeping skills and be reliable
