You will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on understanding and improving the experience across the firm impacting over 50,000 technologists.
Job responsibilities
- Define an end to end understanding of experiences across products to articulate the current and future state experience.
- Drive design strategy and priorities through research and data analytics, with clear and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create designs that marry the best of user, business and technology thinking.
- Work alongside other design practitioners and researchers in ideation and sketching sessions to come up with design concepts.
- Empathize and advocate for the user. And support Software Engineers and Product teams in understanding their customer.
- Communicate and articulate the value of UX and the rationale behind your process and recommendations, bringing the team along your journey.
- Lead cross-functional Design Thinking exercises.
- Support the experience teams in building and evolving research and measurement practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's in UX/Human Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent experience
- Applied advanced experience in the field of User Experience Design
- Experience creating common user research outputs such as Personas, User Journeys, Empathy Maps and f amiliarity with Figma
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic and critical thinking capabilities
- Adept at presenting findings to team members and stakeholders from multi-disciplinary backgrounds and varying organisational levels
- Strong communication, project planning and management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience of working in corporate technical delivery teams
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
- Data visualisation and analytics skills
