We are looking for an experienced and Passionate Senior Trainer & Consultant to work as part of our Advice, Information & Training Team.

Our external training team produces and delivers high quality mental health in the workplace training and consultancy services to a wide-ranging audience. We lead on training delivery and consultancy for both Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK. We pride ourselves on ensuring our content is evidence based and focussed on the experiences of people with lived experience of mental illness.

This role can be:

  • Homebased (you can work flexibly from home with access to an office hub when you need it)
  • Agile (with a minimum of 2 days a week in one of our offices – ideally London – and other days spent working from home).
  • Fixed (full time at one of our offices – ideally London)
