One of the world’s largest online brokers are currently in the process of expanding into the UK, opening an office in Reading currently. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for being the key communicator between the developers and QA teams as well as translating knowledge between technical and non-technical individuals.
Due to continued growth of this business, communication is becoming more and more important. It is vital that overall strategies and business goals are shared amongst the technical teams alongside receiving detailed technical specs. You will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical solutions, having a clear understanding of business plans and needs and translating those into roadmaps.
You will be a key collaborator within the business, working alongside management, marketing and intelligence departments, stakeholders, and the tech teams to understand the technical capabilities and both long and short-term business goals. You will support project managers with creating detailed timelines, and understanding any limitations with business road maps.

Skills Required:
- 12+ years experience within IT/Software - Ideally 5+ in a technical business analyst position and 5+ within software development
- Solid technical understanding across a range of areas including SQL
- Exposure to the full SDLC
- Ability to read APIs
- Experience working with large complex systems
- Previous experience in fintech
