Job role: Senior Support Worker

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire

Salary: £28,102 - £30,426 per annum (Inclusive of 1 sleep-in per week at £41.60 each)

Homes2Inspire are looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Home Manager, particularly in their absence, with the running of a 3-bed residential home in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, Ofsted rated Good!

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people’s behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others are vital! As a shift leader, the right candidate will be someone who leads by example, upholds standards, and ensures that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties

Full UK driving licence
