We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Senior Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare with our Leicester team. The location is based in the Leicester area to work days or night shifts. Please note we can hire walkers or drivers for this role.

  • Contract: Full time contract on days - shifts 8am-2pm, 2pm-8am, 8am-8pm or nights 8pm-8am.

Pay: £9.80 to £11.10 per hour depending on the location in Leicester.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and risks behaviour within a care home.
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
  • Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
