ISSAC Ltd are a rapidly expanding local company based in Ashington.
The management believe we as a company are only as good as the staff we employ, and will always support staff, sharing knowledge or being part of the team if there are difficulties within the package, thus very good retention of staffing as teamwork is an integral part of what we stand for.
We require senior supported living staff and support workers to work in both the South east Northumberland and North Tyneside areas with work presently available in the Bedlington and Ashington, Morpeth and Blyth area as well as in our ISL in North Shields. We are operating a rolling rota system so staff are allowed a work /life balance with ability to plan in advance. We are increasing the number of supprt services we look after and are looking for support staff throughout the south east and North Northumberland.
Staff will be given all training required to the specifics of the persons you look after. Personal development plays a major part in the development of the company and working as a team is paramount in to the working of the company.
Staff will go through care certificate , moving on to diploma levels. Staff are encouraged to look to progress within the company and be supported through this.
Shifts will consist of 24 hour shifts,12 hour days, or 12 hour nights.
As a worker you will support in all aspects of care as specified in the care plan for the individual to deliver quality person centred care.
Full driving licence essential.
