Senior Support Worker in Colburn, Catterick
£13.00 per hour salary tracking the real living wage. (Rising to £14 from 1st April 2024)
£1000 Welcome Payment (Pro rata for part time roles)
Travel Allowance of up to £250 each month (Pro rata for part time roles)
An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Colburn. A development of 6 individual bungalows to support individuals to move into their own home. The service is currently being built and we are recruiting to support packages to commence transitions. Initially you might work with individuals in their current settings to get to know them prior to moving to their own home. Working with PIPS allows you to be a part of a team delivering great support and improving people’s quality of life.

The role involves: Supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests, and helping people realise their dreams! We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)! As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of the leadership team, role modelling effective care and supporting both the team and the individuals themselves.
