Role Summary
This is a great opportunity to join our internal transactions function supporting M&A transactions in line with Delta Capita’s strategic goals of reinventing the financials services value chain through the creation of mutualised managed services.
The role will entail working within the strategic transactions team to model the financials of transactions and write presentation material for internal investment committees and external joint venture partners.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and modelling of current cost base and future financial performance of an acquisition target
- Direct communication with senior individuals in acquisition targets to gather data points for modelling
- Creation of high-quality presentation material to aid the decision making of senior stakeholders.
- Development of detailed project plans for the execution of transactions
Skills and Experience
As an experienced Consultant, you will have:
- Advanced Excel skills, including manipulation and analysis of diverse data sets and experience of building financial models
- Experience of writing presentation material for senior executives
- A self-starter with a high level of initiative

At least one or both of the following:
- Working knowledge of the operations environment within Capital Markets (inc Post Trade Securities processing, KYC and Pricing and Risk)
- Corporate Finance experience, including an understanding of financial statements and key investment metrics.
