We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Partner Sales Manager to join our Alliances & Partnerships team. You’ll support Tuum’s growth by developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our technology and consulting partners, as well as system integrators.
What you'll be doing
- Drive growth by developing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators and technology partners such as BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture and the like
- Develop go-to-market strategies to optimise sales delivery to ensure that there is a constant pipeline of opportunities
- Build an ecosystem of partners and team up with cloud service providers, leading global and regional consulting companies, as well as local product partners / system integrators to increase pipeline and lead conversion
- Work with a combination of consulting firms and system integrators and provide training, enablement and support to drive account growth and delivery
- Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, investing in our platform, the programme and learning journeys
- Develop and launch a partner program, lead the partner planning process, enable and grow partnerships across multiple territories
- Provide guidance to partner prospects, build a mutual business plan and go-to-market strategy, coordinate partner trainings, both with sales and technical focus
Our expectations
- 8+ years experience in partner management within the banking, financial services or fintech space
- Ideally coming from a strategy / technology consulting firm with a strong network and understanding of the professional services industry such as BCG, McK, Deloitte as well as Core Banking vendors
- Proven experience as a successful account manager with the ability to demonstrate value, negotiate complex commercial terms, and sell to C-level decision makers
- Ability to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, implementation, solutions consulting, product)
- Strong team player who works independently, handling conflict resolution, and time management as well as solving problems and bringing new ideas to the team
- Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively sell a technical product to both technical and non-technical audiences
