SESSUN - is a French womens ready-to-wear brand looking for a Senior Store
Manager (m/f/d) ASAP for their fourth shop in London in Covent Garden Floral street.
Openning is planned around end of June.

Job description
The Store Manager develops and orchestrates the commercial, human and economic
strategy of the shop in line with the company's overall strategy.
As the leader of his or her store, he or she is responsible for the relevance of his or
her managerial and commercial choices, his or her management and the
achievement of objectives related to turnover and customer satisfaction.
As a manager, he/she supervises and coordinates the activity of his/her team, sets
the objectives to be achieved and provides daily support to employees in order to
develop their skills.
With his team, he makes innovative and appropriate proposals to increase the
performance and profitability of his shop.
As an ambassador for the brand, he/she guarantees the image of the Sessùn
company.
Mission #1 : Supervises commercial activity and ensures customer satisfaction
in line with the companys policy
- Applies and enforces Sessùn's sales and marketing policy
- Leads, animates and develops the performance of his/her point of sale.
- Guarantees and satisfaction of customers and devellop our Customer base.
- Controls shrinkage through deliveries, shop surveillance and team awareness
Mission #2 : Analyses and pilots commercial objectives and indicators in order
to develop the shops turnover and profitability
- Manage and optimise turnover
- Pilot Kpi´s and determines action plans to meet our Business targets.
- Monitors the shops stock levels ( Inventory)
Mission #3 : Ensures compliance with safety standards for goods and people
- Ensures the application of safety standards and procedures
Mission #4 : Supervises, trains and develops his team
- Is responsible for upward and downward communication
- Recruits, welcomes and integrates employees
- Supervises and leads his or her teams in accordance with the company's
strategy and values
- Anticipates, plans and organises the work of the team (ROTAS)
-Ensure the integrity of Employees monthly Payroll.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Desirable)
Work Experience: Customer service: 5 years MUST
Sales: 3 years MUST
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
