We are recruiting for a Software Engineer (Unity) to join a close-knit team working on an exciting new mobile project. We are looking for a Senior candidate with demonstrable experience in C# Unity Mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems.
  • Peer review Engineering changes and utilise test automation techniques.
  • Knowledge sharing across the studio, including mentorship of Mid-range and Junior Software Engineers.
  • Collaborate with other team members in delivering complex features on time and at high standards.
  • Stay on the leading edge of development practices.


Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in C# Unity Mobile development.
  • Strong fundamental skills in architecture, development, and debugging.
  • Experience with memory and space optimisation.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with Engineers, Production, Design, QA and Business Intelligence.
  • Able to produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code, utilising third-party libraries and APIs where required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, own issues, analyse in detail and be solutions driven.
  • Excellent Technical Design Documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with at least one of Unity Render Pipeline, UGui, GPU/Graphics or Audio.
  • Strong interest in mobile gaming is advantageous.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and running live ops games advantageous.
