Senior Site Manager – High Rise, RC Frame/Steel Frame – Salary up to £75k
I am partnered with a Tier 2 Contractor who deliver Residential, Hotel, Student Accommodation and Commercial projects across London and the South East. This company has a very high reputation in its field and are known for high rise and city based schemes.
They require a Senior Site Manager, who is looking to make the step into a Project Manager, with High Rise, RC Frame, Cut and Carve and Steel Frame experience.
The opportunity is to finish a project in Brighton which has around 12 months to run, then move onto a project in Bermondsey. Candidates based around the Croydon area would be well placed for current and future projects.
Project: You will be the Senior Site Manager on the project in Brighton, £7m, 66 bed Student Accommodation Project with basement running until 2024, going onto a £15-£20m cut and carve commercial project in Bermondsey.
Senior Site Manager Experience Required: Residential build experience on high rise builds, Cut and Carve, and student accommodation projects.
