About the role and our team

Join our team as a Clinical Senior Secretary at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital!

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of secretarial and administrative support using advanced computer skills within the clinical administration team.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Copy and audio typing
  • Dealing with and distributing mail, reports and summaries for the designated clinicians and their team
  • Managing and maintaining office diaries for members of the clinical teams, arranging meetings, venues, collating and issuing agendas, and attending the meetings to take notes and draft minutes
  • Administering and maintaining all relevant IT systems
