Senior Sales & Reservations Executive – Dirty Martini & Tuttons Brasserie - Birmingham

- Salary £23,000 -£25,000 per annum depending on experience

CG Restaurants & Bars is a young, vibrant and rapidly expanding company which is constantly growing in influence within the hospitality industry and has a portfolio of reputable and highly creative brands such as Dirty Martini and Tuttons Brasserie.
Dirty Martini are a group of 12 stylish cocktail bars with venues across London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol, offering everything from our famous Martini Brunch to Private Events Spaces.
Tuttons is one of London’s flagship restaurants located in the iconic Covent Garden piazza with an all-day dining menu celebrating traditional English cuisine and the best of British produce.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Reservation Executive who has excellent interpersonal skills, thrives working under pressure with a high volume of incoming enquiries and has a fab personality to match.
Senior Sales & Reservation Executive - Roles & Responsibilities;
- Managing and responding to incoming bookings & enquiries.
- Responding to customer queries with excellent customer service skills.
- Ensuring customer payments are made on time in line with our booking policies.
- General complaint handling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow up on potential sales leads.
- To grow and maximise pre-booked sales and footfall through the sales of packages, offers, occasions and experiences.
- Assist the Leadership Team in promoting all initiatives for the business.
- Always acting as an ambassador of the brand.
As a Senior Sales & Reservations Executive you should;
- Have passion for the restaurant and cocktail scene in Birmingham
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Have experience working in hospitality
- Possess natural sales abilities
- Have excellent guest service skills
- Able to demonstrate confidence and personality on the phone.
- Have good administration and computer skills.
- Be a team player as well as being able to be self-motivated when working alone

Our Reservations Office is open Monday to Saturday and shifts will vary between 9 am – 7 pm. Working on weekends, evenings and bank holidays will be required on occasion.
