We are looking for an experiences sales person who can support a fast-growing diversity network. We have a fantastic product and need new talent to join our team and support it's activities!
YOUR ROLE will be to ensure the continued success of this Network and event series. You will have monthly sales targets and be responsible for researching, connecting and building relationships with industry executives and ultimately engaging them in our activities, including: corporate membership and event attendance.
Key Skills and attributes required:
- Have a fantastic proven track record of being a great sales person
- Be energetic and passionate about your work. You're at work 5 out of 7 days a week so you might as well love what you do!
- Have self-motivation and a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Be confident and have great communication and negotiation skills to close deals with CxO level representatives
- Be organised, take pride in what you do and the attention to details
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients across social media, email, cold calling, phone & video meetings
- Be responsible for your own pipeline and hitting your monthly KPIs and targets
- Develop an expert understanding of our products and the industry to be a "client advisor" in a position to offer the most relevant package and maximise revenue
- Identify new business opportunities
This position has a highly attractive commission scheme and monthly bonus structure, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to be office or home-based.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
