As a Senior Sales Manager you’ll be adding your magic to a high-performing sales team at our customer management centre in Loughborough. Leading a team of enthusiastic Team Managers, you’ll define and implement the direction and success of your sales teams for our mobile brands (ID Mobile, Carphone Warehouse, mobiles.co.uk) and multiplay broadband deals ensuring they exceed our customer expectations during every interaction.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing the operations for the team’s data sourcing, data handling and information security- Defining and implementing the strategic direction of the department, including growth plans, succession, and development strategies
- Sourcing and implementing new business opportunities
- Ensuring that the team is adequately resourced and managed to achieve targets
- Managing compliance with commission structures
- Communicating new initiatives and important information to the team
You will need:
Sales experience with a successfully proven record of managing a team in a target and results driven environment- Ability to identify opportunities and define growth strategies
- Numerate with the ability to be analytical of statistics
- Excellent listening skills to base accurate decisions on key facts
