Senior Sales Development Representative
London-based, hybrid working
£45,000 - £56,500 OTE (£33,600 - £40,000 base salary)

YOUR TYPICAL DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE

  • Building our sales pipeline via calls, emails and social selling to help bring on board new clients
  • Talking to senior executives from the world's leading enterprise companies to uncover challenges and if we can help them achieve their goals
  • Continuous coaching in the latest and greatest SDR techniques
  • Having freedom to innovate and test new ways of growing the sales pipeline
  • Coming together with teammates to grow, reflect and unwind

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Able to work in our White City office three days a week – we're big believers in coming together to collaborate and innovate
  • At least one year's experience as an SDR / BDR in SaaS sales, which includes:
  • Outbound cold-calling, personalised email outreach and social selling
  • Experience using CRMs, sales engagement platforms, and data tools
  • A track record of consistently hitting targets
  • Bonus points for experience in prospecting enterprise accounts using account-based selling
  • Strong desire to work in a scale-up environment that can be scrappy, fast-paced, and involve constant change
  • Hard worker who is self-motivated, results-driven and enjoys targets
  • 'Can-do' attitude, adaptable and resilient when things aren't going your way
  • Creative problem-solver who can own challenges and take the initiative
  • Always curious, learning and researching new SDR practices
  • Loves feedback – you seek it out, embrace it and put it into action so you keep growing
  • Organised, able to prioritise and comfortable managing competing demands
  • Enjoys collaborating, sharing and solving challenges as part of a team
  • Listens actively and communicates confidently when cold-calling, even to the most senior buyers
  • Able to write creative and compelling sales emails
  • Degree-level education or equivalent work experience
