The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Advisor to join our team at Jewson Llangefni (LL77 7JA)!

This role is working with Jewson Llangefni as part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftsmen who build, renovate, and maintain the cities of tomorrow.

This is a permanent full-time position. You would be working at the branch Monday to Friday 8:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12:00pm every other Saturday

What will I be doing in the role?

Our Senior Sales Advisor is an important contributor to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us. To support our customers effectively you will;

  • Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products offering specific product advice
  • Developing new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
  • Build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
  • Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
  • Serving customer on the trades counter
  • Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
  • Managing stock and keeping the branch clean and tidy
