On the journey, you will develop an unparalleled knowledge of commercial analytics and strategy that will be invaluable for all future senior managers in the business.
Support of the Global Sales Revenue Growth Management function and the Imex organisation to drive net revenue, gross margin, and trade budget performance by developing best practice, and consistent reporting. Working within the RGM Financial Excellence pillar to drive consistent cross market pricing strategies that enable Reckitt’s earning model
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Running advanced Excel analysis to consolidate and identify critical pricing information that can be compared across markets.
- Reporting monthly Net Price violations on critical regions and brands.
- Analyzing Net Price actions & violations vs. the NRVA & GMVA tools to support the Net Price Manager in driving the importance of compliance.
- Creating simple and logical guidance documents on how various pricing analyses our done to drive market adoption and alignment.
- Analyzing cross customer and market pricing variations
- Work with IT&D to drive continuous improvement in our pricing processes and support the build of automated analytical tools on pricing.
We are looking for someone with:
- Basic understanding of P&L principles
- Commercial experience
- Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes
- Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and time management skills. Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
