As the Senior Recruitment Manager Vetting, you will play a critical role in leading a team to optimise the full vetting process, including referencing and all additional checks required for new entrants. Delivering high-quality and compliant candidate vetting files is critical, and you will actively monitor, manage, and improve quality and compliance measures to ensure we are able to meet business needs effectively. Your focus will be on driving process efficiencies to improve our time to hire performance and enhance the candidate experience. Instilling a 'right first time' and compliance-focused mentality within the team will be a key priority for you. By aligning candidate communications during referencing with our recruitment communications strategy, you will deliver a quality candidate experience that aligns with our brand.
In this role, you will also drive management of the operational performance of third-party Recruitment Process Outsourcing Provider(s) and contribute to the strategic direction of our supplier strategy for vetting requirements.
Collaborating with the Recruitment Leadership Team, you will review demand requirements and ensure optimal workforce planning across the wider recruitment team.
