Join us as Senior Recruitment Manager – Hiring.

An exciting opportunity to lead a team of recruitment professionals to new heights. You'll be accountable for leading and delivering effective volume recruitment campaigns through your team of Talent Acquisition and Assessment Managers, sourcing the right talent for our organisation within the right time frames and at the right cost.

Creating an excellent candidate experience, underpinned by the delivery of a well-developed communications strategy will be key to success. You will be accountable for the candidate journey into our business, from point of application, through the candidate assessment process, up to and including the exciting stage of making offers. This includes delivering an outstanding and memorable candidate experience both in our onsite assessment center, and through all online assessments.

Through effective collaboration and communication with your team, the Reporting/PMO Manager and our third-party suppliers you will analyse and optimise the recruitment pipelines to ensure we continue to successfully meet our business needs.

About you:

  • You have experience in mid-senior level leadership within a complex matrix organisation, preferably with a recruitment background.
  • You bring a track record of leading multi-functional teams and implementing transformation programmes to enhance colleague experience and operational efficiency.
  • With strong problem-solving skills, you are a creative solution finder.
  • You thrive under pressure, effectively prioritising work to ensure you can deliver results often within tight time frames.
  • You are skilled in effectively challenging and influencing senior managers and decision makers at every level.
  • You have a great eye for detail but are also able to maintain a holistic view of the overall objectives.
