About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced tech recruiter who has experience, or has a strong motivation to enter the US market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving good billing and will possess the hunger and leadership traits needed to support in the growth of a new office dedicated to the US market in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract new clients across North America within our niche, or similar specialism
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve desired billing goals
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and results
- Reach business growth goals by growing your team
Who You Are:
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record of achieving good billing and meeting recruitment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
