What we expect from you
+ Agency Recruitment Experience
+ 360 recruitment expert
+ Comfortable working from home full time
+ Comfortable working to set targets
+ Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
+ Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
+ Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers
+ Knowledge of labor legislation
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Strong decision-making skills
+ Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms
+ Advertise jobs internally and externally
+ Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
Your Typical Day
+ Stroll out of bed onto your desk #nocommute
+ Create a pipeline of companies to contact
+ Call companies within your sector to gain new job vacancies
+ Arrange Virtual meetings with Clients to discuss requisitions
+ Advertise job vacancies on job boards
+ Source passive candidates via Linkedin and CV Databases
+ Make Candidate screening calls
+ Submit CVs to clients inline with KPI's
+ Fill requisitions and onboard candidates
Please note that this role is Temp to Perm upon successful three month probation completion
