Goal:
Due to our exciting growth plans, were hiring a Commercial focused Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle.
Working alongside another incredible Recruiter and reporting into the Head of People, this is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career as a Senior Recruiter.

Expectations
- Full 360 recruitment, from intake meeting with Hiring Manager to Offer, you will be able to develop and manage stakeholder relationships to hire the best available candidates as efficiently as possible.
- Excellent applicant relationship management, and the ability to provide the best possible candidate experience
- The ability to learn and understand the markets we operate in, the teams that work for EMJ, and the wider Employee Value Proposition that will attract the best candidates.
- Confident selling our offering to candidates and understanding where they are (and are not) a fit for EMJ
Experience Required
- Were able to train on our process, but for this role we will require Recruitment experience. Ideally 2yrs+, in-house preferred but open to a combination of agency and in-house.
- Ideal recruitment experience/interest would be in Sales (Business Development), Client Services and Marketing (although you wont be restricted to these roles)

Publishing/Media, Healthcare, or Pharma industry knowledge/experience desirable
- Ability to give (and take) constructive criticism, to improve professionally
Key Information
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000, Negotiable depending on experience.
- Reports to: Joe Morrison, Head of People
- Hours: 8.30am 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Location: Due to the nature of this role and building stakeholder relationships, we will require someone in 3 days per week minimum, were based in Moorgate, London
