Our client is a multidisciplinary property and construction practice with an excellent reputation which operates across the UK. Due to an increasing workload, our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within their Sheffield office. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects including, healthcare and education therefore, experience working with these projects would be beneficial. This role has excellent prospects for an individual who has a strong ambition to progress as an Associate and enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team. Responsibilities: Ability to deliver the provision of Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management services on new building, refurbishments and programmes of work, from inception to handover. Prepare client cost reports and reports on any changes during the life cycle of a project. Ability to mentor junior team members. Requirements: BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent). MRICs ideally. A minimum of 10 years' professional experience. Able to communicate effectively with both clients, ors and team members.
