Senior QA Engineer, £ 40000 – 60000 + benefits. 60% Manual, 40% Automation. API, Postman and C# required . Home based with 1 day a month in the office in Nottingham.
Market leading technology company are looking for two new Senior QA Engineer’s to join their team. Working on an industry leading SaaS product you will be using both your manual and automation testing skills. Technically you will have strong knowledge of API testing and Postman and you will have previous manual and automation experience. Joining at this exciting time you will help the company with their manual to automation journey.
To be considered for this role you must have -
* Strong knowledge of API and Postman.
* A delivery focused background with UI, API and database level test knowledge.
* C# knowledge.
* Test automation experience.
* Manual testing experience.
* Ability to drive and improve processes.
* Ability to build test frameworks.
Duties and responsibilities include -
* Work with the product owner and engineering teams to ensure features are clearly understood and can be translated into a set of quality based test plans.
* Translate test plans into a set of test cases which can be implemented in an automated framework.
* Design, write and maintain test automation scripts.
* Initially work in a manual environment and help the company on their journey from manual to automation testing.
* Ensure the relevant product UI's support automated testing tools.
* Maintain a current testing dashboard.
This is an excellent role for a candidate that has knowledge of automated and manual testing and wants to help the company on their automation journey.
