The Role
As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible for assisting and administrating the day-to-day repairs and maintenance programs across the estate. Part of your role will involve maintaining contracts and databases, monitoring compliance, and managing and sourcing contractors are key elements of the role alongside support for the operations team.
You will work efficiently, show initiative and be a team player.
Skills You Need
- Wide knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Able to effectively prioritize and complete more than one task at a time.
- Excellent people/relationship skills
