We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as Senior Project Manager and Project Managers, that can work with us in our Infrastructure Division. While you will assist in the delivery of infrastructure projects, joining Mace is to join a company that believes in your individuality, your potential, and we will support you in developing opportunities and building your career.
We are actively seeking people that have transferable skills and that perhaps wouldn’t have considered Transport Infrastructure in the past to support us in driving change and diverse thinking in the industry.
Core elements of the role may include:
- Supporting and defining the successful delivery of the project or programme, achieving high client satisfaction scores
- Working as part of an integrated project team that brings together people with One Vision across a number of companies, Stakeholders and Third Parties
- Ensuring a safe and collaborative working environment where people thrive
- Leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations to meet client outcomes.
- Managing and outperforming against the contract (typically NEC4)
- Contributing to the review of project performance and production of reporting to drive continuous improvement
§ Determining the project schedule and activities throughout the project life cycle.
§ Developing detailed project budget and forecast cash flows/milestones from approved budget.
§ Determining project risks and develop a project risk management plan (RMP), facilitating the risk review process and managing, monitoring and mitigating project risks through the RMP.
§ Preparing monthly reporting, ensure reporting mechanisms are linked to on time on budget delivery and ensure implementation of project management methodology.
§ Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
We are looking for people to join our teams the Northwest, but all geographies will be considered. Full and Part time opportunities are available.
