The Client Lifecycle Transformation Programme is a key initiative to redesign the Front to Bank Client Lifecycle for the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank, replacing fragmented technology, inefficient onboarding processes and inconsistent data. The 3-year journey will meet Regulatory requirements whilst concurrently implementing structural change and improving employee and client experience. You will play a key role working with delivery functions from across the Programme to guide and assist them to successful delivery, coordinating between teams to clear roadblocks and identifying effective solutions.
You will also take responsibility for the overall business case for the Programme, quantifying and tracking multimillion Euro cost savings and revenue generation over the lifetime of the Programme.

Your key responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders across the Programme to drive a collaborative delivery culture and ensure successful benefit realisation
Provide excellent problem solving and complexity management capabilities – with the ability to always align to the objectives of the programme.
Provide robust project delivery and oversight, through content deep-dives, challenging the status-quo to improve overall quality of delivery
Ensure clear and concise communication of the delivery narrative on programme components to global stakeholders (internal/external)
Maintain programme compliance with all Bank wide programme delivery standards
Your skills and experience
Previous experience working within a large change management function and performing project management roles with a deep understanding of delivering change
A consultancy background with experience of understanding and unpicking complex material, building compelling presentations and programme collateral to deliver to senior stakeholders.
Good understanding of the global financial regulatory and client lifecycle Know Your Client (KYC) environment and ability to communicate and apply this effectively to the business change activities
Structured, organised and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in all deliverables
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, comfortable working with large data sets, experience with project management tools is preferred (for example JIRA, dBClarity, Confluence)
